Canine Capers Course Descriptions

 

PUPPY KINDERGARTEN

(For puppies 3-5 months)

 

Puppy socialization, owner Q&A, very basic skills and fun with some beginning agility equipment.

 

BASIC BEGINNERS OBEDIENCE COURSE

(For dogs 5 months and older)

This course is designed to teach your dog good manners in the form of some basic commands. You will teach your dog  to walk on a leash under control without pulling, to sit, lie down, stand, and to come when called.

INTERMEDIATE BEGINNER / 

RALLY OBEDIENCE COURSE

This course builds on skills learned in the Basic Beginners Obedience course. We will cover turns, recalls, stays with distance and distractions, Figure 8 exercise and the finish exercise. We will cover the Novice Rally Signs and we will have fun with Beginner Rally courses.

 

ADVANCED RALLY OBEDIENCE COURSE

Building on skills learned in Intermediate, we continue to learn skills for Rally Advanced.

 

EXCELLENT/MASTER RALLY COURSE

Learning skills to master the Excellent and Master Rally.

 

CONFORMATION

A weekly drop-in class to help prepare you and your dog to successfully compete at Breed Shows.

 

Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Elizabeth, Colorado.
